  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Ice Cream Base

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cookie dough shaped into small balls***

Cookie Dough

  • You can make this dough while you're ice cream maker is churning the ice cream base.

  • Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until blended.

  • Add flour and salt.

  • Stir until well mixed.

  • Form into small balls about the size of a large chocolate chip.

  • *Don't make them too big or they will jam your ice cream maker.

Ice Cream Base

  • Mix milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves (about 1 -2 minutes – a hand mixer or whisk works well).

  • Add heavy cream and vanilla extract.

  • Pour mixture into the ice cream maker.

  • Mix in ice cream maker about 15-20 minutes or according to manufacturer’s instructions.
